buyer beware

The fact that this shop only accepts 100% cash paid before cabinets are shipped is testomony to unhappy customers in the past who might have used credit card protection or held back money. My experience with the Newbury Kitchens people left me feeling foolish for not having monetary recourse and for not recognizing their payment policy as a red flag. THe short version to a epic story is that the Newbury Kitchen family is defensive, unreasonable and to top it off smug and dishonest.If not for those traits, they would be ok because the represent a nice product.
